Luken Lake February 27 th ,2018 Bike Lanes Is it worth paying over 14.5 million dollars just to put bike lanes in downtown Victoria? The Victoria council just approved adding 3 million dollars more to the already steep estimate for the bike lane project. While the latest estimate says 7.85 million dollars will be needed to finish the Wharf, Humboldt and cook street segments.
